Let it snow

Voor de magnoliaclub deed ik weer mee aan een kaartenketting. Met een kaartenketting maak je een kaartje in een bepaald thema en die stuur je op naar iemand die zich hier ook voor heeft aangemeld. Het thema van deze kaartenketting is winter.

Op een ander clubje (scrap en stempel) vond ik hiervoor een schitterend modelletje. Hieruit is dit kaartje ontstaan.

I participated in a card chain at magnoliaclub. When you participate in a card chain you have to make a card in a certain theme and send it to someone who has also signed in for it. The theme for this chain was Winter.

On another club ("scrap and stempel") I found a beautiful template for a card. So I combined those two and this is what made this card.

Ik had nog wat scrapvellen over van de kerstkaarten en vond die erg geschikt voor deze kaart.

I had some paper left, making the Christmas cards, so I used that for this card.

Fairy tale

En alweer plaats ik een doosje, hihi. De werkbeschrijving van dit doosje kreeg ik via een wedstrijd op clubs (hobbyplezier met scrapdoosjes).

And again I'm posting a box. I received the template for this box on a online-club called "Hobbyplezier met scrapdoosjes".

Voor dit doosje heb ik gebruik gemaakt van een paperpad van Scrapberry's, maar ook een stempel van Scrapberry's.

For this box I've used a paperpad from Scrapberry's. Also I've used a stamp from Scrapberry's.

Ik vind een dicht doosje nooit zo leuk. Op de een of andere manier moet ik er altijd een venster in maken.

I don't really like boxes which are closed. Somehow I always have to make a window in it.

Ook de binnenkant van het doosje is beplakt met scrappapier. Al deze papiertjes komen uit 1 paperpad.

The inside of the box is also covered with scrappaper. All the different papers on this box are from one papepad.

Doosje

Het eerste wat ik ga zeggen in dit bericht is: Gelukkig Nieuwjaar!! Dat het een mooi, gezond, gelukkig, maar ook creatief jaar mag worden!!

The first thing I say in this first post is: Happy New Year!!! I hope it will be a beautiful, healthy, happy but also a creative new year.

Mijn eerste creatie dit jaar (of eigenlijk nog mijn laatste van vorig jaar) is dit doosje. Ik heb dit doosje voor twee redenen. De eerste reden is dat het patroontje een wedstrijd is geweest op clubs (tja, waar anders). De tweede reden is het papier wat ik heb gebruikt.  De Hobbystudio vroeg mij namelijk wat te maken met het papier van het merk Scrapberry's. 

My first creation this year (or actually the last one of last year) is this box. I've made this box for two reasons. The first reason is beacause the template of this box has been a match on a club, called "Scrapdoosjes" (scrap-boxes).

The second reason is the paper I've used. The Hobbystudio asked me to create something with this paperpad, made by Scrapberry's.

Ik heb er bewust voor gekozen om het doosje niet in het midden te plaatsen, maar juist links achterin, zodat het mooie papier van Scrapberry's goed tot zijn recht komt.

I delibarately placed the box off-center, on the left back side, to show the beautiful Scrapberry paper.
